We put twenty years of food and beverage and twenty years of Army together and rolled out the first mobile taco truck the city had ever seen. SoCal street food, parked wherever the people were.

We are Jeff
and Angie
Angie's passion for savory food and Jeff's passion for Southern California cuisine brought this taco truck to life. We believe quality ingredients, great food, and even better service can make Tuesdays your favorite truck stop.
Angie hails from the South and has called Columbus home for over twenty years. She is the drive, the chef, the dreamer, and the get-it-done pillar of the whole operation.
Jeff is the backbone and the personality. Born in Southern California, he planted roots here after twenty years in the United States Army. He is the mechanic, the driver, the comedian, and the cook. Look for El Jefe around town.
How it happened
2021
The shop on Williams Road
We added a brick-and-mortar home so the neighborhood always knew where to find us, patio and string lights included. The truck kept roving. The shop stayed put.

Fully licensed and insured, a perfect 100 health score on both the truck and the shop, and a catering business that brings the party anywhere in the Chattahoochee Valley.
